Alan Arthurson
Managing Director
From operating the legendary IBM 360 Mainframes through to the latest Cloud platforms today, Alan has been continuously involved in the computer industry in Melbourne since 1970. He has also been a Member of the Australian Computer Society since 1984.
His computer career has encompassed a broad range of skills, including technical, sales and management positions with a Stockbroker, Computer Bureau, four multinational Vendors and a Computer Wholesaler.
And, with an additional 25+ years of experience running his own small businesses (Arthurson Computing Services, Corporate Clones and 1300 INTECH), Alan is uniquely qualified to assist our Clients with their IT infrastructure requirements.

With an impressive resume including AMTEC, Shell and Coles Myer, Brad’s extensive computing experience makes him an ideal IT advisor to our Small Business clientele. From powerful Mini Computers, through to CAD/CAM Workstations, NAS devices and PC’s, Brad has designed, managed, implemented and supported a diverse range of environments, equipment and applications.
With proven skills in all Microsoft Windows environments, as well as Apple MACs, Brad is also the right man to integrate Apple products, including iPads and iPhones, into your network.

Help Desk Support
Our Help Desk Support Team has a wide range of skill sets and experience that enables us to provide expert assistance to our clients across many technical platforms.
We make use of a variety of IT administration tools to access, automate, measure, manage and remediate remote network operations, resulting in vastly reduced requirements for onsite visits.
The Help Desk is open from 8:30am to 5:30pm each business day, and we are generally able to assist with adhoc after hours issues (but not always). Simply leaving a message outside business is enough to instigate a callback in most instances.
Our Help Desk Support plays a vital role in providing timely support to our clients when it really counts ... that is, when the problem presents itself.

A lifetime in the finance industry has uniquely qualified Julie to look after our clients and their accounts.
Beginning with a solid grounding at the ATO, Julie graduated into the finance industry and has specialised in a number of innovative commercial products over the years, in both Sales and Management roles.
Her expertise in all matters related to finance is a valuable addition to our 1300 INTECH operations.
